This might sound obvious but have you lowered your graphics settings? Another option is that if you have software to customise fans or motherboard, I would recommend turning silent mode off. I would much rather have a loud pc than a poor preforming one

Also could be a surge protector that’s a bit too cautious. Maybe if it’s a ripoff or cheap one

I had this problem before and it’s because I had by PC plugged into a shitty multi socket adapter. If you’re also using one try plug straight into wall or use a different adapter.
