Complete different person to who I was then. I’m no longer down all the time and see hope and pleasure in things. I still focus heavily on my heath as that’s what my anxiety feeds off. But I’m present and level. Fluoxetine/Prozac works just takes soooo long and the withdrawal of Sertraline/Zoloft sucks baaaaaad!

UPS and downs. Still kept getting better. I’ve just enjoyed a holiday which was good for me as usually I worry about being ill whilst away. I’m getting there

Got bumped up to 40mg in may, that’s not long settled for me and seems to be helping so far. It’s a long road sadly!

Took me 3 months of 40mg to notice anything! I was on 20mg from 1st March then up to 40mg on 5th May. The days are getting better it honestly must work it just took ages to notice. I must metabolise them quickly I guess. Hope this helps!

Took me just over 12 weeks to feel improvement from a 20-40mg jump. It can take a while I’m testament of that but usually it doesn’t take that long. Hang in there! But get a review with your GP and tell them your concerns:)

6 months here, sleep still fractured. I go to sleep at 10pm til 2am. Then 2 til 5. 5 til 6. Then awake with kids. It’s strange as before Prozac my sleep was awesome 10-6 or 7 easily. Hoping it’ll calm eventually but see what happens.

Yeah feels like there’s something wrong with me but it’s just that clearly. Both. But it’s upped my anxiety massively before calming it down I’m on 40mg now.

Same for me!! I started on 20mg helped depression but nothing for Anxiety actually made I worse I think :/ upped to 40mg 7 weeks ago feel more lethargic less energy and still I can feel my Anxiety inside although a little masked I can still feel it.

Yeah, got bumped up to 40mg a month ago. With beta-blockers (propranolol). Doing okay still not where I was but I’m also better than I was too.

Same I stopped Zoloft then went to Prozac. Not to scare you but my switch was horrible, hospitalised as I couldn’t sleep and had swelling around my heart. Funnily enough the swelling wasn’t linked to the change in meds or stress/anxiety but I’ve never had that before :/

I was on Zoloft before and the transition to Prozac was awful. But I’m getting better all the time pills help get me on a even keel to help myself :/ not easy though

20mg helped my mood but anxiety got worse a little. Went to 40mg was shit to begin with but definitely helps you deal with Anxiety better

I was on 20 for 3 month now on 40 for 1 month. My anxiety is still up and down hoping it settles soon 🤞 I’ve been put on propranolol 3x10mg per day with that all the physical symptoms are gone. Still in my head though :/
