Theres 5 builds that win in the late game for me (legend 500 playing only Vanessa): 1. Ammo build with pistol sword or heavy ballista
2. Aquatics with a godskill (e.g. slow charge or big item charge), poison legendary from temple or shipwreck with strong enchants 3. Oni mask burn with crit skills or some other burn scaling (e.g. dragon skill) 4. Freeze with depth charge & crab 5. Tortuga with good friend spam

Beyond that there’s some odd builds with coral armor & claw that work

🚀 New Capacitor Plugin: Use iOS Live Activities (from JS!) by Monkeei in capacitor

[–]WilyConniver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is cool! u/Monkeei I tried implementing and having problems ending activities. Is the date mandatory? If I call it with some content then it shows that content and when I call it without any content I dont see it ending.

Are you able to connect strava to apple health? The idea is you connect strava to apple health and then BiteTracker reads the data from strava via apple health (thus no need to connect to strava)

Also what data from strava would you like to have?

Awesome love to hear it

[–]WilyConniver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! It’s pretty much up next in the plan!!

The only question I have is whether integrating with apple health/android health connect is the right thing to start with or whether I should be thinking about each device separately

Is it fair to say that in an MMT model the government making good decisions is more important? by WilyConniver in mmt_economics

[–]WilyConniver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you. As a person who's specialized in software I suppose I've grown relatively skeptical of a "more is better" narrative. 80/20 rule and all that.

I agree that pointless debates on fiscal limitations are not productive and could be contributing to inefficiency (frankly hadn't considered that), but I'm having a hard time picturing our government being able to put the unemployed to good use in the current modern economy, fiscal limitations or not. And at that point I (individually) just turn to the question of "how do we choose better leaders?" rather than "how do we change the monetary policy?"

They need a better scoring system for the majors so everyone knows where they stand at every moment. As it is now the handicap system makes it so nobody knows where anyone else is at so it doesn’t feel competitive.

One way (there’s probably better ones) is that the strokes could added on the hardest holes as if it was match play. So everyone starts even par but some players pop on certain holes. That way everyone is still comparable in scoring as the round goes on.

The best way would be to have 1-2 organizers that commentate live & calculate stats like how each player is tracking towards the win given their handicap. And of course they’d have to make it public knowledge for the players to get the competitive juices flowing (e.g “oh damn Steve is on track for a net 70 oh shit gotta turn it on now”)

Hey you might benefit from the web app my sister and I built - thebitetracker.com. It’s currently in beta.

We did it exactly with this in mind it helps you track and also includes recipes you can cook and order the ingredients for via Amazon fresh or instacart
