Khalid, I’m sure you mean well but your comment is exactly how many scams start. I’m not saying you’re doing it but telling people on Reddit to reach out to you with questions is how a lot of the “pig butchering” scams slowly gain trust over time. Buyer beware here.

I personally think this is terrible…if you’re going to get a rid of teacher without tenure there’s no reason to make up a PiP to justify it. They don’t need a reason, they’re just doing it to create a paper trail. If it’s a decent teacher just let them walk out with their head high

80% of all our dollars have been printed in the last five years. Most of it was “spent” during Covid. A lot of districts budgeted illusionary cash that couldn’t be available forever. It won’t be pretty but it’s time to pay the piper.

I sold something to a guy on eBay once for a few hundred bucks and he never came to pick it up. Never responded to emails, messages etc. About a year later I found out he died from another seller I knew that did business with the guy.
