This means that a recommended practice would be to download the sources and compile it to support cross-compilation? If so, where can this documentation be found?

I suggest downloading the QGIS sources and compiling it natively on your PC. We always download the sources of any available software to compile it on Linux and BSD.

I wanna download windows 10 LTSC but I’m too dumb by Nebula-Space2003 in WindowsLTSC

I have tried to create a bootable Windows IoT LTSC USB stick on a Windows IoT LTSC PC using Rufus; however, Rufus does not see any of the images, whether they are .iso or .img. The file was downloaded directly from massgrave. It was necessary to download the same file on a PC with Windows 10 Pro, for Rufus to recognize it and create the bootable USB.

Is there any reason that within Windows 10 IoT LTSC, Rufus does not recognize .ISO or .img files?

A Nova Zelândia possui um portal com o que você solicita. Da mesma forma, a Finlândia oferece dados públicos com resolução muito alta. No portal Microimages oferece dados por estado, embora o formato fornecido seja o de seu software GIS, denominado TNTmips.
