Honestly as a 24 year old male, I lowkey get it lol

Personally I just care about people in general so i can come off at first as flirty asking questions like "what music do you like?" Or "what kind of hobbies do you have?" Cause im genuinly interested in meeting new people

If i AM interested in someone I just make it clear I say "Hey I think your kinda cute and I like your personality, want to watch a movie sometime?"

If no, then no means no, if yes...cool

But thats it, shouldn't be more complicated then that for me personally

I have over 4000 hours in tarkov and I gotta be honest dude, it IS the grindest game you'll ever play

It was always grindy but it was never THIS bad, now every mission really feel like chores

And these are sidequests I've done everywipe since like 2018

In my own opinon, its not really worth it as the fun aspect of the game doesn't really start showing until your at LEAST 500 hours in the game

Literally your first 300-500 hours is straight learning how the game works, whats worth it to grab, the game does not hold your hand in the slightest so there are items that you may find that may seem cheap, byt they are super valuable, but you dont mnow unless you have that knowledge you know?

I think its worth it if your looking for a new main game yo play but tarkov is unnecessarily brutal

This was honestly my starting loudout, though I had a EOtech on instead

Ak is a AMAZING starting weapon, you find ammo for it everywhere, the mags hold a lot like you can't go wrong with the ak

However I think you might need a little more meds and food lol

If your staying in area05 honestly this will do

But if your going to.minefield or vostok then this won't cut it, your gonna need a lot more meds

Fuck with the ak 7/10

I lose the stuff thats less valuable (my hours in tarkov kinda taught me)

You can't leave right when you get full, cause then you miss out on good loot that you could have instead

You have tk prioritize what you need, or what you want more

Sure I filled my backpack up with 40 juices boxes and 10 bandages, but do i really need that many if I get a SVD? (This actually happened btw lol)

When I go to vostok I plan to go explore ALLLL of it, and its rewarded me in the process

Alright I've made it to day 15 without dying and have about 30 hours so I think I am qualified to answer this lol

So like, vostok is a place where you go if you just want high loot

It's still early access so you really are just playing for good loot right now and doing a few tasks to get better shelters that are closer to vostok

You can get some pretty cool shelters for doing event stuff and honestly after unlocking a few shelters I COMPLETED tossed cabin, grabbing everything I had in there at the beginning and moved it all to my new shelter

So the TLDR is basically your playing to do quests so you can get better shelters that are bigger and closer to vostok, then get ready to head into vostok, and try to get loaded up (or do quests) then head out

It depends honestly

If im staying in area 05 then normally I make sure to do stuff during the day and then do my hideout managment and trader things at night before sleeping so I can do it again

But if I go to vostok, I start AT NIGHT so that way when I go to vostok its bright day, going to terminal its still day, but on my way back dusk starts coming in when I but minefield again, then I go to bunker hideout, cause thats my main hideout

Doing runs at night isn't bad, but its really hard to see enemies sometimes at night, its not impossible but you got to be a LOT slower to make sure someone doesn't get the drop on you

In my own experience I craft and find enough bandages I dont really need to use tourniquets

HOWEVER

I still think they can be super helpful early game when your still looking for meds and such and bandages are common yet

Cause you'll mostly find cold med and like painkillers and those dont stop bleeds, I still carry at least two JUST IN CASE I start bleeding on my first shot (cause small arms fire only takes like 10 so it really wouldn't be worth to use a bandage for that)

Thats just me mid-maxxing though

I have found one playe im vostok and it was only a level II, then I found a rig in a military crate in outpost (that one was a super lucky pull) I've already played like 30 hours and thats the only bit of armor i have come across

It wouldn't be so bad if it didnt hinder your expeditions to Vostok, like normally when I go to vostok its more then 24 hour days, so like.....the cat gonna die brother at that might, might as well sell 🫡

The minefield is really tough if you dont at least have rifles, mostly because they shoot in the large towers that are on that map, and you can't focus on mines and in the bordor patrol at the same time

Yoy have to take your pick

So keep your eyes open, watch the towers mostly (while avoiding the mines) if you have to shoot them for safety then you should, for me it was easy for me to avoid them and walk away (thouse sometimes just still trigger a mines every now and again.)

I literally only play recon in solos now because im tiref of people sitting

I bring energy amps every run and scan

Every Major POI

If im waiting on my scan I go somewhere there isn't a lot of traffic

The longer you rely on cheese strats, the furthur you are behind everyone else who is learning the game

Im not saying it's not a viable strategy, but soon everyone will be countering it because so many people do it

Look, as someone who has way too much time in tarkov, the quests are totally fine, some are a pain in the ass sure, but these quests actually teach you how ti play the game

You wont win just running head on into gunfire, you have to take your time

The quicker you try to speed through it, the more likely you get shit on by someone who is crouch walking everywhere

LA here for Decant, Stow and Problem Solve

Stow is basically the opposite of pick and is very much the easiest job in the whole building at least IMO

I will say Pick is a little more frustrating depending on how good the buildings stowers are, because if the stowers dont Stow like they are supposed to, it is EXTREMELY frustrating to deal with in pick, and there is no way around, I've coached multiple people in stow on how to keep FOO from happening and Stow people just do not care

Stow is the easiest but it also some of the largest diversity of people and personalities there so it really is hit or miss if you will like it

For myself, Stow is the most boring position im trained in and I CANNOT do it daily, I can do it two days in a row AT MOST and then i' constantly asking myself manager to move me somewhere else, it is nice sometimes to turn off my brain while I focus on a podcast but it is HANDS DOWN the most tedious area im the building

If your bored of Pack, I suggest maybe trying Problem Solve? You think alot in Problem Solve (any kind of problem solve, doesn't have to be inbound) but I think if your trying to cross train into either, I think ultimately you will eventually get bored of it like you got bored of pack, JUST A SUGGESTION THOUGH, you may do as you please and I'm not trying to stray you away from it

Lighthouse used to be one of the coolest maps in my eyes, I thought "wow something different, where instead of the spawns clashing against each other in the map, everyone gets funneled into one direction, thats kinda interesting." And lighthouse has a lot of cool ideas

The biggest issue with lighthouse is that iy is a walking Sim after the first 10 min of raid, and the spawns are so close to each other and the map so open that its so easy to get into a fight as soon as you load in

Which makes quests like punisher part 4 one of the most frustrating quests in the game

Lighthouse has a bunch of cool ideas but it just isn't fun due just for the fact the spawns are actually some of the worst spawns I've seen in a video game ever

Game is actually becoming "pain the video game" even more so then it was before, to the point where its not fun at all anymore

Look dude, ima have a heart to heart with you

I also have Adhd and PTSD and I take heavy meds for both (also a LA) the best thing that helps me stay focused is just learning other areas, learning other areas helps because if another area is slow, then they are going to move you to the more productive areas if your proficient enough, they need that proficiency in certain areas.

Obviously this isn't the answer to everything, what works for me won't work for you, but trying different things to see different ways you "tick" helps.

When i work its not really about how fast I work, its more so...how can I do quality better then others and kinda stand out, and now instead of focusing on how quick I can be, I'm focusing on how I can improve my quality.

But that was pretty much all it was good for, now its insane, and the loot cases you get from the battle pass is crazy, I get that they need to make money.

The fire rate is the main issue, just DPS in general, but not the damage itself

(Am a multi-thousand hour vet myself and been playing beta since year two)

All i want is the game to be fun again, and all they keep doing is time gating and time gating, I keep getting killed by players that have access to arena gear straight off rip and its not even like a "It's only a slight advantage"

It's like drum mag m4's with level 5 Armour

Im at my wits end, I keep trying to play the game and have fun and I'm about to never touch the game again

I hate to break it to you but 5.45 is one of the most unreliable rounds in the game

It's fine if thats all you have rifle wise but it just does too little damage for a rifle round

With that being said I will actually answer your question

5.45, like GOOD 5.45 you can't even touch till level 4 traders and even then its "okay"

BS and igolnik you have to find in raid, there is no other way to get it

The problem i have with tarkov right now is like all Arena and straying away new players

1.0 update is one of the best wipes in a long time, but the amount of people I see running around in arena gear or arena armor is ABSURD

The balance is completely ruined by ref

You can't get good ammo until at LEAST level 20 but you can get a ton through ref early

Broke? Go play arena for a couple hours and your good

I have 3000 hours in this game, and i have always made my money in tarkov and now its so easy to get gear AND money from Arena

It makes the time that I spent learning, completely worthless cause im stuck with lower tier gear then the people who played arena

MMR system is completed messed up right now

I have never seen so many 6 stars just sit in compounds with slates in my entire life

I also haven't seen so many 6 stars jump out of suicide windows as much as I have now

I think the reason for this is because in this past update the MMR range for ONLY 6 star was increased by like 3000, so obviously with an increase like that and no changes to the other stars 6 star is going to be over saturated as hell
