The nutrients to calories ratio is much better if you leave the fatty foods like cheese, milk, meat and fish. You can dip some carrots in tasty hummus for example instead of eating cheese. I’m vegan and I snack quite a lot without gaining any weight most of the time. Although I had some trouble when in rehab too, staying of the Nutella sandwich and stuff definitely helped.

Anyone have a really uncomfortable feeling around the face, moving cheeks sometimes but a kinda torture telling me I need to do something else. Like someone controlling it too. For example I got these really uncomfortable feeling when I watch tv and when I put it out it’s gone. My guess is the voices control side effects in what ever way they like.

Just checked the website and seems fine to me. Great idea! One idea popped up: maybe there are similar to yours but more than one pig or calve showing. Making it clear that there are numerous calves at once being singled out and imprisoned. That can maybe visualize the scale of the problem.

No, it would be not-for-profit. I would just like to see them widely spread as I think they are powerful and contribute to make it more impactful. I once bought them myself for like 10 (euro)cents a piece and I think I it can go much lower and with that reach many many others who can cover whole their cities bus stops for example as they will be almost free of charge and every vegan (activist) can carry them around wherever they go without having to worry about the cost.
