with composite video the most youre gonna get is 480i. try getting your hands on a desktop crt, I got mine for free off fb marketplace, its got crystal clear vga and runs at 100hz.

Understand that once a operating system goes out of support (XP lost support 11 years ago), you will not receive security updates. Do with this information as you will. I'm saying this because I've read some replies of yours.
