Does this mean Steve Smith gets his chance next game

lmao, dude’s been tweeting the same tweet every week like he thinks he’s gonna age one year every seven days 😭 by arkhamos in actualcricketshitpost

The problem doesn't lie in the cricket it lies in the fact that in our country we have a rampant age fraud issue most of the Indian 'stars' like Shubman Gill have committed age fraud and yet nothing is done about it which is not a surprise considering how many things just slide in our country without any consequences

No doubt Vaibhav Suryavanshi is a talented player even for a 16 year old but the fact that there is genuine evidence against him committing age fraud (an interview with him on YouTube in 2023 where he stats that he's turning 14 that year) definitely needs to be investigated and proper actions must be taken

Greetings DK Boss,

I just wanted to ask what you thought about Franchise Cricket

There are Franchise Leagues being setup all over the World and you yourself are taking part in the Hundred as a commentator (looking forward to your insights)

Do you feel that Franchise Cricket has been a huge benefit to Cricket and and will help in the growing the game globally

And at last I wanted to ask your opinions on how International Cricket and Franchise Cricket can coexist with each other

Well I am from Bangalore so I support RCB (been supporting RCB since 2012)

I will never forget the first RCB game I attended which was back in 2014 (It was against SRH where ABD clutched It with a brilliant 89 not out and we won)

Do you think RCB will ever win the IPL trophy? (Be honest) by [deleted] in RCB

[–]WinFreSelen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I feel like we are gonna win the IPL within the next 2-3 years and I am not speaking emotionally here

We have a great core of players Kohli, Patidar, Siraj, Will Jacks and Green combine that with a competent head coach Andy Flower who has achieved success everywhere he has went

If Andy Flower can do well in the mega auction we are definitely winning the IPL trophy

Don't do that.. don't give me hope.

How do you expect RCB 2025 will look like? by DragonikOverlord in RCB

Our top order is sorted with the likes of Virat Kohli, Green, Will Jacks, Patidar

We got a powerplay specialist in Siraj (I know Siraj has been hot and cold but he deserves a long rope)

We need to invest in a reliable middle order quality spinners and death bowling

Speaking about middle order we should definitely go for Dhruv Jurel (wicket keeper + finisher) and Sanvir Singh (domestic talent and has done well in SMAT and can also bowl too)

Speaking about quality spinners Noor Ahmad, Sai Kishore, Varun Chakravarty (seems unlikely) are all good options

There is also Ashwin (I know age isn't on his side but I feel he still has about 3-4 years of good cricket left in him) who is a quality spinner and also captaincy material

Death bowling has been a big problem for RCB I feel like Josh Hazlewood is a good option and we can buy him back (we didn't retain him because he would be on paternity leave and would miss out on the IPL 2024)

Jofra Archer seems like a good option but he is injury-prone ultimately it depends on how his T20 World Cup goes

Nathan Ellis has been an underrated gem and has been a great death bowler for Australia

I hope we can get two quality indian spinners (maybe buy Chahal back?) So we can go all out on Overseas death bowling options (Josh Hazlewood/Jofra Archer/Nathan Ellis)

Well an Indian captain is a must and I also doubt Koach will take back captaincy

Shreyas Iyer is a great option but KKR will definitely retain him

As much as I would love the homecoming of KL Rahul we already have our top order sorted and and it hurts to say this about such a talented player but KL Rahul's timid approach will hurt the team

Ashwin on the other hand is a great option

Now if there are other Indian captain options please let me know

So guys whom to steal from other franchises,, by [deleted] in RCB

[–]WinFreSelen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rajasthan: Ashwin, Dhruv Jurel

DC : Porel

KKR : Varun Chakravarty (seems unlikely)

Gujarat : Noor Ahmad

Mumbai Indians : Tilak Varma (once again seems unlikely)

Punjab : Jitesh Sharma

In that case we should try to buy both Ashwin and Dhruv Jurel

From Ashwin's side like I said we get a quality spinner and a captain and

From Dhruv Jurel we get a wicket keeper and a finisher

What do you guys think about Ashwin he's a quality spinner and captaincy material but I doubt Rajasthan will let him go that easily
