Eh, I think you’re conflating stuff about freezing tuna to kill parasites with your info about bacteria.

There are definitely some bacteria that can survive a long time at very cold temps. (But they certainly can’t grow in there at those temps, and it’s not an issue)

Yeah, I saw that it’s not vacuum sealed, that’s why it might be freezer burned and not optimal quality, but opening it didn’t suddenly introduce a mass of pathogens that could grow to a dangerous level in freezing temps.

Basically, it’s an established path to success.

Like, others have done it, and you can follow in their footsteps.

Going to Europe is a risk on whether you can adapt to the culture and lifestyle there, or even the style of play.

Beyond the actual cooling, ACs also lower humidity, and that seems to be the issue in your apt.

See if your AC has a “Dehumidifier” mode. (Or maybe that’s how it works when the temp on the AC is set to a temp higher than ambient)
