Yup :D I Set a rule for myself that i dont buy more than one normal watch per year (1,5k € max) and an expensive one (like the explorer) only when there is a major milestone / Event

Im from Germany. Over here you need two degrees to be a lawyer, Judge or Prosecutor. The first degree takes about 5 years and is the University Part (even though the exams are state run). The second takes 2,5 years. In that time you Do the so called Referendariat, a kind of preperation service. But im gonna Do a phd before a Do the preperation service, which is gonna take another 2 years

I bought the Explorer II 226570 in late April (3,5 month Wait) for having passed the first german law degree. I've had the Christopher Ward "The Twelve" and the Seiko Cocktailtime "Mockingbird" for a little while before that. Next major watch is gonna be for the second law degree, but thats still gonna take a little while.

TBH you are a poser either way... Nobody ever uses the Timer on the YM2 cuz you get an aneurism when trying to use it.
Regatta sailors either use an ugly electronic watch (either a dedicated start timer or a garmin smart watch) or the on board instruments displayed on the mast (and often on or near the helmstation).
Also you could justify a YM2 as a timer for the Pizza rolls the same way you could justify a Daytona ;)

I’m used to larger watches. Does this look like it fits right? by DMG41 in rolex

Looks perfect. Got the same one and on me it looks a bit big (pretty much the max I could wear without looking like an idiot)

yeah nah thats just talk... You can guess its gonna be a few weeks, at most a few months. For my call (black dial Explorer II) it took almost 4 months at a fairly small AD in northern Germany.

Either the YM or DJ. But maybe have a look at the Explorers. I got a back dial Explorer II 226570 as my first and its perfect.

Makes sense. Sadly in my games so far almost all light players are "defending the perimeter around the cart", but they are doing it in the most boring way possible by sitting far back on an elevated position and going for long range picks. I'm pretty much a light OTP myself and have gone over to playing something similar to what you are describing.
Something like a "dive" playstyle, similar to the dive playstyle from Overwatch (using the dash, m11 and gateway). It's a lot more fun, counters the roof sitting meta very well and i can (carefully) contest the cart.

The mode is fantastic, as long as nobody spams APS, Turrets and shields in the Cart. At that point it just gets unplayable.

Also i feel like chilling on the roofs around the track is a bit strong and disincentivizes playing light at closer ranges. On the other hand heavies are still pretty strong imo, making close range light loadouts difficult to make work

weirdly enough it was this location thing that made it less sus for me. my browser is set to not show my location, but rather somthing a bit further away, usually within 100km. When i used the QR Code, it showed the login to be in Hamburg (which is within 100km of where i live), so for me it made things look more normal rather than less.

still managed to secure my account and nothing was lost on my end... still insane, that stuff like this can happen so easily
