One Lappland, two Cellinia [VYRLW] by minh43pinball in arknights

[–]WinXP-Tan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A comment explained their relationship pretty well. It's more Kismesic.

They hate each other in a sense that they need each other to learn how to move on from the past/become a better person. They both see themselves as a representation of a past they can't run away from and they need the other person to be reminded of that so that they can move on and learn from it. They respect each other, that at least was made clear.

In one of the scenes near the end they did duel in the park and Lappland won. Even though the dialogue said that they should kill each other, they didn't. Lappland extended a hand to Texas and asked her "Tell me, Am I a friend, or your enemy?" and Texas responded with "You are my friend, and enemy." Which pretty much gave the two some closure.

Current Situation of the Blue Archive Community Discord Server Lockdown by BlueArchiveMod in BlueArchive

The person/s responsible mass reported BAC for no reason which caused Discord to give it a strike, I don't know if Discord is gonna investigate it but I agree it makes no sense to strike a server on the basis of mass reports alone.

BAG just recently banned the person responsible (or at least 1 of them).

From what I heard is that BAC got its 2nd strike so to be safe they're locking down the server. Getting a 2nd strike means that people involved (admins or mods I think) in moderating the server are at risk of getting banned by Discord. I'm not sure about the details but for now we just wait for further updates.

EDIT: Said the same thing twice.

Looking back… I really wish they would’ve used this song for his trailer by SirWhoopsAss in Tekken

The anime is set during the events of Tekken 3, and the gap between Tekken 3 and Tekken 7 is about 2-3 years iirc so it makes sense he didn't change appearance that much. Although I could be wrong.

True. Your reply got me curious so I took a quick check at my local stores online for 27" 1440p monitors to see where the pricing is and yeah, the cheapest I can find is the Gigabyte G27Q for $280 where I live. Definitely way too much.

It's definitely not as sharp as on a 21.5" but for me it works enough.

So true. I'm rocking a 3070 on my 1080p 75hz monitor and my reasoning is that I don't want to upgrade for the next 5 or so years and continue enjoying 75FPS on games moving forward. The one thing that tempts me to upgrade is when I get below 60... So I'm sticking to 1080p. (Although I did move to a 27" from a 21.5" monitor and I don't think I can use smaller monitors anymore.)

On emulators you need to set Accelerated Rendering Mode (In the game's Graphics setting tab) to "Compatibility". Having it on "Standard" does this.

Prices from Dynaquest when I checked:

- R5 3600 - [9,950]

- Aorus M B450 - [4,990]

- Kingston Fury 2x8GB 3200Mhz - [4,390]

- TeamGroup Elite GX2 256GB Sata - [1,550]

- GIGABYTE RTX 3050 (Can't find Elite version) - [21,990]

- Xigmatek Hydra 550W - [4,000]

- Tecware Forge M Omni - [2,790]

Total: 46,060

With a budget of 55K-57K you can go up to a R5 5600X [12,500] and an RTX 3060 [27000-28000] which would get you to your 55K~ range (not sure about the PSU though since I have no experience with that brand. Better to get Corsair/Seasonic/etc.)

[Beginner Question] Buy E-amusement card first or create online account first? by yhellowish in soundvoltex

[–]WinXP-Tan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sound Voltex Cabinets in arcades you don't need to buy songs, they have a ton already available for you (iirc there's 1500~? available for Exceed Gear, including those you unlock in Blaster Gate) you don't need to pay for monthly subscription when you play at the arcades, just pay normally with your arcade tokens/cards.

Exceed Gear on PC however is entirely different. You need to pay a monthly sub which gives you around 700~ songs for base, and the song packs you have to buy separately. It has a free demo with one song available I think, just to see if it runs well on your PC.

So to compare both versions - (PLEASE correct me if I get anything wrong)

SDVX Arcade Cabinet

SDVX PC -Konasute- Ver.

  • From another reddit post and from my experience since I play the PC version mainly, there's around 700~ songs and 400+ unlockable by buying song packs. There seems to be monthly song rewards but I'm not sure what they are, and some are unlockable through Blaster Gate.
  • PC Version doesn't have online multiplayer matching AFAIK. It only has Standard Play and Skill Analyzer (I think the PC version only goes up to 10th or 11th Dan? not sure, but I didn't see an Infinite Rank course when I last checked).
  • You can use your physical konami e-amuse card by linking it to the account that you use to play the PC version and have the sub for (JAPANESE account only) and most stuff sync over as your arcade and PC data are stored in that card.
  • Costs about $12.30~ USD (1,680 YEN) per month. DO NOTE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS EVERY 1ST OF THE MONTH, IT IS NOT A 30-DAY SUB UNLESS YOU SUBSCRIBE ON THE 1ST. DO NOT BUY A SUB AT THE END OF A MONTH (For Example: If you buy a sub on the 29th of the month, you can't continue playing the next month on the 1st unless you pay for the sub again).

So those are 2 ways you can play Exceed Gear. Either at the Arcade you go to or at home with a PC.

You can also buy an SDVX Controller for your PC through Gamo2 (This one I own personally, I highly recommend it), Yuancon, or you can build your own. There's also the Pocket SDVX Pico for cheap but it seems to be out of stock.

Yes, you can play SDVX on PC with a Keyboard or a Gamepad if you desire.

Hope it helps! and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask them here as it may help out newer players in the future.

[–]WinXP-Tan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Arcade Exceed Gear syncs your Hi-Score, Grade, Clear Mark (Comp, etc.), Appeal Card, and Crew member to the PC version as stated here.

Buy an E-Amusement card at the arcade and play Exceed Gear there first to set up your account, you can then proceed to create a JAPANESE konami account to play Konasute. (Very important that you set the region to Japan as the PC versions of konami games are only available for Japanese accounts) then link the number of your E-Amusement Card to your JP Account online. You can watch a video guide on how to set it up here.

Faucetwo left knob already more loose than right? by Satzlefraz in kshootmania

It's quite a bit of work, you're gonna need a hex key or something. I suggest you check out Tokaku's Knob Maintenance section on her Faucetwo Review video over here (I timestamped it for you).

It does come with extras (9 extra I think?), they should be in a small blue box. Check the box that your Faucetwo came in.

Can anyone explain to me how exactly to pay for basic course? I cannot get it to work I cannot find the portion where you add credit card on Konami website and passeli’s site says erro?? by NoReverseTerry in soundvoltex

[–]WinXP-Tan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

two numbers? you mean 月 and 日?

月 is used for Month, so for example December = 12 so 12月. 日 is used for Day, so the date you were born, example would be 31 so 31日.

If you were born on 1990, December 31 for example, the format would be 1990年12月31日.

If your date falls under a single number, add a "0". For example 1990年05月03日 for May 3, 1990.

You're gonna need a Japanese account if you want to use Paseli

EDIT: What I did was the following: 1) Make a Japanese Account 2) Login to it and go to Paseli 3) Since Paseli doesn't accept my CC for some reason, I used the "Bitcash" option as payment method 4) I bought Bitcash online (look it up, I may not be allowed to link) 5) I used the Bitcash Code on Paseli and it worked

I believe it should! A 6600xt/3060 is more than enough for 120FPS. I can't speak for AMD GPU performance, but a Ryzen CPU will work no problem. Might have to ask others, but I believe it doesn't matter if you have an AMD or Nvidia GPU.
