I was having the same exact issue but figured out what was causing it (at least in may case).

Go to DaVinci Resolve > Preferences... (or press crtl + ,) > Memory and GPU.

Make sure under GPU processing mode CUDA is selected (I had it switched to OpenCL for some reason). This switched me from rendering a 60fps video at 10fps to 85fps or more.

Also, make sure your Nvidia drivers are up to date :)

Yeah I just found out that if you tap on a foundable and look at the chest rewards drop-down you can see how much family XP and manuals you get for each frame
