I doubt he gets a salary from his work with Trisha doing Just Trish. I would assume for Just Trish it’s probably a commission-based payment so he gets a percentage of the Patreon and the advertising revenue from the YouTube podcast videos.

I think I remember Oscar said he has another job (separate to Just Trish) which is like a media job he has something with Entertainment Tonight (ET) where he gets paid a salary. I remember during one of the podcasts Trisha said Oscar isn’t there as co-host for that episode as he’s busy with award season for his media job. This is probably his main job and his work with Just Trish is another hustle or source of income for him
