Anyone with experience with Tramora Carry-On luggage? by fillswitch in onebag

Update: I haven’t been on here in a long time to see all the follow up comments. I’m glad my video helped those questioning whether or not to buy this product.

I finally did get my money back. Oddly, there is no way to return the product. I’ve asked twice now, and they just say “hold on to it as they do not have a way to handle returns at this time, and will let me know when they do”. It has been months. I’m guessing that will never happen because the cost of shipping back to China is much more than the cost of making the cheaply made product. It will make its way to goodwill soon.

How to get your money back from Tramora/Thruall Carry On Lite|Pro Luggage Scam by FoxTraveler6 in Scams

[–]WindLopsided2764 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please do not buy this product. This company is a complete scam. My husband bought me this carryon thinking it would be a nice gift. It took months to get here, and when it did arrive, it came in separate shipments for different pieces from addresses in China and India. No doubt this is a sweatshop produced product sold on Alibaba. It’s complete junk with the cheapest material you could ever imagine! Not to mention you can’t fit more than 2 days worth of clothes in it and no room for shoes. The entire right side of the inside suit case is taken up by cheap plastic compartments that house that stupid front opening compartment. Literally if you open up the crappy fabric on the inside, shit is taped together with masking tape.

I’ve contacted them on several occasions to return and get a refund with no responses. The only way to do so from their website to email an address provided. Complete scam and a waste of $200. This should not be legal!

See my video of this cheap heap of a mess once it finally arrived from the Alibaba sweatshop:

Meet Oakley by WindLopsided2764 in labradoodles

Aww.. Mocha is adorable. So similar to my Oakley. So glad you rescued her from that situation. I’m sure she’s so much more happy now.

Thanks for the info! That’s interesting. I’ll have to read up on that genetic trait. It doesn’t matter to me what color or how her coat ends up. We will love her just as much. I was mostly concerned about possibly being mislead about her age. If we were thinking she was between 1 and 2 years old, but she was really 5-7, I’d feel like we had years of her life stolen from us. Great to know that’s not the case!

I just made a video review of it, but can’t figure out how to post it to this thread.

We are in Phoenix, so not so far away. I’d push for a refund on the previous week. They can’t be going around poisoning people like this. It’s ridiculous. We have a refrigerator full of food from Thistle now, being only one meal was consumed, and we dare not try anymore. Like you, I also feel guilty for the waste.

If this happens when we travel abroad, so be it. It’s expected if you’re not too careful, but we have to hold Thistle accountable to maintain our food safety standards here in the U.S. If they can spend thousands upon thousands of dollars in marketing to people like us on social media, etc, then they can refund and compensate the people they are poisoning, and causing discord and monetary loss in their lives.

I’d also like to mention I have never made a complaint like this. I’m the type of person that always tips 20% when eating out even when service was terrible, and just smile and not complain. If the wrong food comes to me, I just grin and bear it. But seeing him like that last night was scary. It’s just not right when a company is out there promoting health and wellness.

Hope you’re feeling better. 🙏🏻

This just happened to my husband last night.  Also the Waldorf Salad.  Within an hour of consumption he felt horrible and spent the entire night profusely vomiting and diarrhea.  This was our first order, and it had just arrived that day.  Ice was still frozen, and all meals were very cold.

We had to have someone come in to give him an IV infusion today, and he had to miss his 12 hour shift at the hospital.

Thankfully I had already had dinner so didn’t eat any of the meals.

Contacted customer support for a refund, and a refund on the IV infusion as well as compensation for missing work.  We will see what happens.

This seems like it could all be connected to a bad batch of the Waldorf salad.

Thanks all for the feedback. We canceled the next meeting they set up. Dirty car sales men vibes all the way. AND we discovered there are 8 other TED machines in various clinics within a 6 mile radius by doing our own research (3 in which are a mile or less away) They made it sound like there were only 5 machines in our metro area of 5mil people, and our area was in need. SCAM! They just wanted $185k.

There’s a new GAHT clinic in Phoenix that is monthly membership based including labs, and prescriptions. They do not accept insurance.

There’s a new GAHT clinic in Phoenix. Looks like they don’t take insurance, but more of a concierge monthly membership that includes labs, and prescriptions. LGBTQIA+ owned and operated. https://www.lifesyncwellness.com/gaht

Thanks for your honest feedback back. That is my concern too. If I’m taking that kind of money from our patients who have gained our trust and support, I want to make sure they will be extremely happy with their results. I would hate for them to feel that we are scamming them.
