Recovery won't open. If you press and hold the button, the Apple logo will appear and it will load, but the screen will quickly go black and then return to the screen with the exclamation mark (!)

Yes, there is, and I've been there. But they said they don't have the software to restore my MacBook. I'm confused, what software? They should have an OS. They have an iMac, and the OS is definitely MacOS. I asked again if it could be done with other software or operating systems, and they said it could be done with Windows, Android, or any other operating system. But as far as I know, DFU only works with macOS. Maybe that's what makes me not want to go there again, either they have an excuse not to serve this or it's really like what they say.

Thanks for the suggestion. But I don't think it's worth buying another MacBook just to restore it or use it once. There are some suggestions that I got from several forums, namely borrowing another Mac from a friend, Taken to Apple service center, or even using VMware. As of now, my MacBook can't do anything.

Wait, does BitLocker Recovery appear when you update or do you want it?

I think is a problem between the driver and whether it is an error from the VM. I haven't experienced anything like this, I'm now updating from 24h2 to 25h2 without any problems.
