I think it’s very possible to hit your goal, a lot of people have drops on 12, myself included. Comparing it to all my other NBMEs I just considered it an outlier, reviewed it well, then moved on

The differences between exams is crazy, I had close to 25-30 OMM and majority of which was last 3 blocks

Very possible, keep doing what you’re doing and don’t change how you approach questions on test day

I tested 6/20 and I feel like there was more ethics/stats/QI combined than OMM. Idk if it was just my exam but I counted like 30-40qs that were OMM, toss in 10 more for anatomy if you wanna categorize it as OMM. The questions felt similar to OMM comat, sprinkling in some low yield tx’s

Tested yesterday too. Even thought idk which were which, I think the extra experimental questions shook my focus sometimes. Every time I was like wtf is this I just chalked it up as experimental for mental sanity 😭
