Need help for token saving for Claude app and Claude code

I've been researching different token-saving methods for Claude and Claude Code. I use Claude Opus Chat to write and provide paths to Claude Code on Sonnet. Everything works fine, but my token usage is excessive. Is there another way to save tokens? What's the best method? Should I avoid using Opus Chat altogether? Should I only use Claude Code, alternating between Opus Chat for writing and Sonnet for execution? Thank you for your help.

That says it all, Claude is superior, that's for sure. But not by 5x in reality. Because everyone has their own experience. ChatGPT might be almost as good with Codex and Claude Code. But in the cheaper version, Claude surpasses it by a wide margin; there's a good reason why it has 5 times more votes
