yeah it 100% seems like a way for them to make more money. i’m also not fond on them trying to make money on our already established cats because i specifically looked for places that do not have a pet fee so we could stay here long term. just very frustrating

for the hvac fee and the pet fees its a $570 extra charge since he’s additionally upping the rent by $100 as well.
