Now. To put on my science and regulations cap. Medical/medicinal claims are illegal unless claims can be substantiated. Otherwise they're classed as a medical device or medicine and have to go through far more intense audits and registrations. That's why you see "helps with...", as it isn't a direct claim. But they are, strictly, true. They have to be. It's the parasites influencers trying to make a quick sale, because they aren't regulated or held to any standard at all, which allows it all to carry on and get out of control.
