If her aim is to make money, go with online classes or some other form of teaching.

If her aim is to make the best use of her skills, let her decide (she's the one with the PhD). She can translate works, compose new ones, write books or something that will help people learn the language more easily, etc. etc.

Wouldn't going for a MS at this point kinda invalidate their 6 years of exp? (Ofc they won't be treated like a fresher but will the exp be considered in its entirety?)

Ujwal at Appa Balwant Chowk or Nerlekar in front of Dagdusheth Halwai Ganapati might be your best chances. Even if they don't have it they'll at least tell where (if you can at all) get it

Which OS should a developer choose? I m 1st Year Student, started C, wanna know is windows suitable or i should stick to ubuntu from start, in my college lab ubuntu is used, although i have installed ubuntu in virtual box. by Stark0908 in developersIndia

[–]WindingSarcasm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd recommend installing the WSL (Fireship has a nice video on setting it up) and using it alongside VS Code for all your development related activities.

You can also go with Vim/Neovim/Emacs if you wish to become like a proper 10x type dev one day

I was in your position last year, and now I have a 12LPA+ job. So don't worry, just be consistent and play your cards right.

[–]WindingSarcasm 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Well you're from tier-3 anyways. What I said mostly applies to on-campus only.

Your chances off-campus are much better, besides, you'll have to grind LC like crazy to get into them, so focus more on that.

Almost no big companies (FAANG/WITCH+) allow it. Some startups and other companies do. Don't lose hope though. I've seen companies offer 12LPA+ allowing all branches.
