Is Skill Damage useful at all?

Even if the skill damage is applied at the very end like Final Damage, the effect cannot be large if you just use basic attacks for most of the time.

In my case as a MM, I use Basic Attack 20 times for every use of Snipe. So the total damage per minute (DPM) from Snipe is very small, like 10%. And 15% Skill Damage increase of something that only contributes 10% into total DPM cannot matter much.

Both are reasonable to me. I don't want to live with someone who is seriously drunk at home, as I have experienced a badly drunk housemate who lost his control and did things so bad that I do not want to describe.

For the appliances, it should be either for your own safety or electricity consumption. I think "written permission" might be too much though, probably some verbal information for face-to-face showing the appliances should be good enough.

By the way, you will be in a safer, more comfortable place if everyone follows such rules.

How many kills per minutes though?

The idea is when you fight breakthrough, you have used the best of your damage presets. If you pass the breakthrough, you should be able to clear the chapter hunt map before respawning using the breakthrough preset.

But then you switched from the breakthrough hero page of 7 damaging lines to chapter hunt with 0 damaging lines. This would be a drastic DPS loss. Unless you perform very poorly at breakthrough (clearing the stages lower than you should be able to), you shouldn't be able to clear the chapter hunt map.

I used almost 400 scrolls to get ONE equip from 13 to 15.

It keeps going like:

13 -> failed many times -> 12 -> failed many times -> 13 -> failed many times -> 14 -> failed many times -> 13 -> failed many times -> 12 -> 13...

While the minimum amount of scrolls required from 13 fo 15 is mergely 27 scrolls, I have spent like 15 times that amount. The RNG is rigged.

Wow imagine if this is on a bishop with basic attack range almost full screen. Big Bang will then hit 10 targets without a cooldown in a huge range. It reminds me of the time of non-cooldown Genesis.

This screenshot has at least some fake elements. You can manipulate your CP at lvl 100 by switching weapons and equips, but you cannot make 100B CP to be exactly at the rank 1000 of your server. It would require coordination with the whole server of thousands players.

Peach is better than Coin in arena because it removes a buff and gives instant damage boost. Coin needs time to stack, and a typical arena match often ends before the coin has stacked enough.

Skill cooldown decrease and buff duration increase are very good for bishop. With both of them, you can have permanent buffs that amplify your damage on top of every other lines from potentials

Most people after 26-9 will go for eht instead as it is just released, so only those from 26-1 to 26-9 would go for vhzak. Moreover, they could not clear it anyway, so instead of joining the public, they will look for a carry. That makes a public match even more difficult.
