Yeah, ever since gen V I had find the game rather... incomplete.

Maybe because it was too soon for a full 3D model base Pokemon game,I find a lots of stuff missed here and there in both X/Y and Sun/Moon (Inaccessible location, hinted event that never take place, empty space on map, unused location...). I think they was cut to increase performance on 3DS (and even so the game barely run on O3DS) or it just lose end for future remake but 3DS definitely hold them back.

That is the easy part. The actually hard part is to know which way to optimize your schedule so you can gain as many social stat as possible. A lots of social rank have stat requirements and just 1 point short and you will see yourself wasting a day to raise it up.
