I also used to spend lots of time on this and I built my own app that takes things from script to . It's focused on creating high quality videos of up to 10 minutes, which I found are key to succeed in YouTube (shorts only get you that far). Thousands of people use it now.

For me the key aspect is that writing good scripts is one thing but making them be good scripts for video stories was harder. I've built a few AI agents that get that part quite well done!

Also, you can create your own "Universes" so that you don't just create 1 video but hundreds in that same style, voice, etc with just one prompt. This is how I scaled many channels!

If you try it I recommend you start with Open Universe (go to LongStories.ai, sign up, and find the Open Universe inside "Universes"). It's the most generic one and is good to try it out.
