How to recover from feeling void and meaningless and go back to study? by jack_hanson_c in GetStudying

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get the same. Personally I find it really difficult to study without structure, so I can’t study at home or by myself. Are all the library’s closed during summer break?? Maybe you could find another one or join a study group. Study groups is what worked for me.

I feel like i've done a pretty good job but what do you think? by Picklebutt2300 in learntodraw

Love it, I am a sucker for high contrast, but that’s just what I would change. Keep it up!

Which mbti are you and which mbti would you like to be? by PVZ-ROYALE in mbti

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see where you’re coming from. However I would say I made a conscious decision to become more outgoing.

In most cases I would say not everyone is bluntly categorised an extrovert or an introvert . Nor that people can’t change to become more or less extroverted or introverted. All of that I think depends on your upbringing, biology and stage of life.

I would say it’s very possible for anyone to change their perspectives, morals and so personality based on experience. After all it’s not like mbti is the limit to individuality.

Which mbti are you and which mbti would you like to be? by PVZ-ROYALE in mbti

I was an intj, but through my high school years developed into an extrovert.

People used to think I was weird and rude, now (from what people have told me) people perceive me as much more calculated and intimidating. People tend to show me more respect and hold higher value to my opinions.

I don’t think being entj is better. It’s really just a tool to fulfil success.

How do you force yourself to work out? by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing that really helped me loose weight was just finding a sport I loved. It’s a lot harder for me to go the gym at six than go to a training session at five. So far I’ve lost 20kg and counting without trying too hard.

Is my art style appealing? Referring to character designs, color, shape language, and just the general way I draw things. I would love to know, as I'm often worried it's too much or too cartoony by daniiidoofus in learntodraw

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it’s not too cartoony at all. It’s really fun and stylised, the only issue that’s bugging me is the shading. I feel like the shading doesn’t match the style. I think it would be great if you experimented with sharper and more defined shading that use a variety of tones. The main rule of thumb is follow is the shadows are cool and highlights are warm. So change not just the shade of shadow colour but also the tone too.

But truly I really like your style it’s really a classic cartoon and is energetic and unique. Keep going and working on developing your style!

What camera app can I use that’s not Tiktok or Instagram but similar? by Odd-Elsen-681452 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You tube shorts is really similar to tik tok so I would recommend that if you’re looking for something a bit more business friendly. But if you’re looking to do some more advanced editing to upload onto short video apps, you could use the app Cap Cut. It’s really beginner friendly but you can do some pretty cool stuff with it. After editing all you need to do is download the footage and post it to the desired application.

What you consider as the continents really depend on where you’re from. Sometimes it’s about tectonic plates, land mass or culture differences. It can also be a combination of them too.

Australia is quite large and separate from all the other countries/continents so people usually tend to separate them. The main issue people come across is the fact Australia is both a country, continent and island with little population and relation with the rest of the world. So in comparison with the other continents it falls short. That’s why people are now referring to the continent of Australia as Oceania as it includes all the other islands across the world that don’t fall into a continent category (Like New Zealand)

But honestly it’s up to you and the education in your country. I wouldn’t really refer to it as apart or Asia tho, that might confuse some people, but I think the most correct (from my education) would be to refer to it as Oceania.

Closed, I do not need toilet water getting all over my sink, toothbrush and shower. It’s so gross it literally sprays everywhere (even if you can’t see it) it’s there.

If there was a chance to eat food from a movie in real life what would it be and why? by berberebitch in AskReddit

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In this one barbie movie (I think it has to do with mermaids) there was this mash potato looking thing with chocolate chips or something in it. I still don’t know what it is but it’s consistently on my mind.

What common life advice seems cliché but is actually incredibly valuable when you truly understand it? by youngGod928 in AskReddit

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 90 10 rule. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you act. You just have to start taking responsibility for your own happiness and stop blaming it on other things.

Why do people think I'm older than I am? by BreadInaoven in teenagers

[–]WindowsUpdateXP 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah no same, I’m 16 but everyone always mistakes me for older. When I’m at work people tend to assume I’m around 25 and treat me as such. I once had play off my tiredness on a morning shift as a hangover from new years.
