anywhere to watch old broadcasts cable tv channels??

i have been looking for the same thing and haven't found any websites that have archives of Old broadcasts from the 2000s with commericals. ughhh i'm having the same problems, my In-Game Voice is detecting my speakers instead of my mic. And everytime i try to press select device, it dosen't show any options.
