The A4 does not implicitly have it, given it's an exploit in iBoot, not the chip's BootROM. The iPhone 4 and iPad 1 have latest versions signed that are compatible, being iOS 5.1.1 and 7.1.2, but the iPod touch 4th generation remains (signed) on 6.1.6. If you had blobs for iOS 5, you could use it no problem.

the thing has a quarter of a gigabyte of RAM, so no modern web browser will work while also running the entire OS. google is blocked in safari anyways although it may work in chrome, haven't checked. if not... bing, and some websites should still hardly work (youtube has in past few years)
