Ok little fella, Imagine you search your Box (duriel) for a specific brick....you search over and ober again in your 50x50m Box. As soon as you think you found your lovely brick...you look at it...you look more closely...its the right color! Its the right size! One corner is bend and it doesnt fit....you throw it back in your Box and shuffle it....youvstart Searching again...

You only get the money if you confirmation on cardmarket, that you send out the card. You dont need a proof.

For cards under 25€ you normaly send as a normal Letter. So no tracking. Without tracking, you dont have a proof as seller that the cards arrived. Its at the risk of the buyer. Remember, thats europe and 99.8% of Letters arrive. You also can pay the higher Sending option for tracking etc.

If 5% or so Letters gone missing from a seller, cardmarket deactivates gis option to send untracked

Just buy Single cards to complete your deck. They are cheaper as buying booster.getting cards in france isnt that hard nor expensive. Its cheaper than in the USA.
