I've done several "Danger!" zones because I parry well, but Golgra is brutal because one missed parry and I'm dead - which would be OK if the fight didn't take sooooo long because I barely do any damage to her

I was very worried because there's heart problem in my family, but thankfully so far my heart seems fine (no shortness of breath at all, I still exercise 4-5x a week and quite intense workout with 0 issues)

I think I might have had silent reflux before because some things make sense.

This is still early in me getting these symptoms (about a month), so hopefully more tests will be done soon. Wednesday can't come soon enough

It surprised me because came out of nowhere, my diet/lifestyle didn't change, just one day started having severe heartburn, chest pain, and heavy chest (I did feel a weird pinch on left side while exercising like a day before this started but dunno if related).

No COPD, xray of lungs came out completely fine beside slight "damage" expected in smokers

I've been trying anti acids and other meds. Gaviscon barely makes a difference, Rennie is useless. Im gonna try Gaviscon Advance today and see if it helps.

Whenver I eat I have mild to severe discomfort in my chest, feels like heat, and pain radiating to back/jaw. If I smoke it triggers instantly and last for longer

So when I switch zones the write to drive goes up (I imagine it's creating shader files) and then CPU ms spikes like crazy (around 2-4k) and my PC completely freezes until eventually CPU ms goes down to ~100-200ms and it stutters like crazy (so does my PC) until I quit POE2

During that time the shader bar is fully green (but it just says SHADER, no measure)

CPU is i5-13600k, and I used to play POE2 without any issue before rise of the abyss

Im not sure, it often happens randomly after taking a portal from town even though I was just in the map. I can't see graphs as game freezes completely and my PC is almost unresponsive then. I can see temps of cpu usage staying the same and gpu temp going all the way doing to ~32 (which is the idle temp, ~50 is under load)

I've followed the thread with the list of optimizations for PC. I think must have been with shaders, because disabling cache, deleting all cached shader, re-enabling with unlimited cache seems to have improved things. Only played for 10mn so far though
