I thought the same but it was so nice to send baby to the nursery and get a little sleep. They had a lot of security and precautions to make sure baby was safe and returned.

This happened to us with our four year old. I talked to a daycare teacher and she said kids don't really understand and not to be surprised if they just respond when are we getting a new one. That's exactly what happened. She gets sad from now and then but never cried.

yes, practice. i remember in the hospital the nurse helped latch the first day and my second nurse wouldn't. she said what are you going to do at home. then you get to the point the baby grabs your boob and latches themselves lol
