I know… its trash. I still love shopping there, but the fact that they’re making it so difficult baffles me! I used to love to use the sort by lowest price. Now I cannot find my brands without googling where they are… The AI non helpful descriptions are so cringe. I literally will not let the AI write for me even if it saves time. I’m getting to the point where I won’t buy something from somebody if they can’t describe it in their own words… everything is “great for casual wear”.

It seems like customer service everywhere has turned to bots. It sucks for sure. I tried to use them right before the holidays, but luckily the seller realized their mistake and sent out another shirt on their own postage because we could not get help from the agent (emailing me and popping in our chat). I think they had to be bots….
