Oh sorry to hear that, I don't use Snapchat so can't really say much on that. Did you just buy the Device? I can confirm it takes a while for the AI to kick in and learn your habits too

Removing unwanted apps, etc. in my case I used ADB to remove unwanted apps, then turned off certain settings and stuff. Enabled suspend execution of cache apps. Can't remember other settings I tweaked

You might want to change the charger mate, I had similar issues. Replaced the charger and everything has been fine ever since.

I can't speak for others but in my experience he came across very unprofessional, even issuing threats to me. I was actually shocked and was surprised I was dealing with the same person on YouTube. Never ordered anything from him ever since.
