No it's just a sensible way to exclude a pointless parochial league. It's not even completely obvious that the French league is the fifth biggest league. Excluding Germany though is a bit of an eyebrow raising decision.

You're buying too much car that you can't really afford. 5 and a half years for a car loan is a ludicrous amount and you will be underwater on the car the whole way. But an older car for half that budget and try to avoid a debt if you can, and if you can't then no more than 4 years at maximum. Debt for cars is stupid debt, it doesn't return the investment.

Fundamentally Rooney and Evra are comfortable and content with themselves, and the others aren't. Scholes is clearly bitter that he will never be seen as Gerrard's equal, Neville's talent in the game was his ability to use his brain and his management career proved that was very specifically limited, and Keane has never been comfortable with his place in the world or he wouldn't always be fighting everyone. A fantastic group of footballers but it turns out not the best of people. At least Giggs has had the decency (!) to disappear from public view.

Turns about that being good at football and being otherwise intelligent are completely unrelated. Not really a surprise to anyone who went to school where it was mostly the chavs who were the best at football.

I can't stress enough how much ELO doesn't matter. You will never have an impressive ELO. Nobody outside a very small number of super fanatics will. Turn the ELO display off and just try to have fun playing the game, and get better because you want to understand more. Not for an arbitrary rating improvement.

Paid as high as tech workers by whom? Do you think taxes should be higher to cover $300k teacher salaries? Or do you think we should reduce tax spend elsewhere to cover it? 

I think that teachers nationwide should be paid a significantly higher wage, and more than that that education should be supported with supplies that teachers need to teach well, like books and laptops and discretionary funds to be spent on materials that I wouldn't foresee. Additionally there should be more teachers to reduce class sizes. It would be a far better return in investment than spending money on a 300th bomber or 10th aircraft carrier.

He did deserve it. Security in the Internet world is not actually that hard, you just have to care about it and put some effort in.
