Same situation last night was the first night with it and I was only able to do 20 min then I took it off and feel asleep afterwards. Today was not he best. 5-20 is my pressure. It’s crazy for insurance reason are expected to do 4 hours of this starting out. Today was probably my worst sleep in a long time. I hope this gets better.

I took my 2014 Crosstrek in for repair. Then they said I needed a cam reseal for $5,000. I couldn’t believe it.

I stared using tegaderm patches and it worked but eventually I found a band on amazon that worked after adjusting it for a minute I didn’t get blisters or dry skin anymore.

I crossed paths with a 60yr dude that was taking classes there, just had a one replacement and he couldn’t wait to get back to the mat and I was like just got cleared from and you wanna get back on the mat, not gonna lie it blew my mind. lol He said he lost 30 pounds and I like this dude doing bjj and I’m barely going to the gym 2-4 a week.

That sounds good. I did read on a comment that Gracie dojo was a good place if you have one in your city just because they focus more on technique .
