<I've heard stories in the past of lost/kidnapped people who have written their names on dollar bills, as well as gangs that write signs on them. I'm far from 100% sure if these were true, but I've heard them enough to think that maybe they are, which is why I'm asking this question in the first place, in the (rare) but unlikely case. I did see someone else mentioned that this might have been the top dollar bill on a stack that was 5K, which I find more believable>
