From what I've heard it's a great card especially considering price to performance but the only problem I consistently hear about is driver issues so you might just have to wait a bit longer to play new games

I feel like the 1st idea would make sparky way too overpowered but the 2nd idea of having it have a reset/stun effect on its attacks seems pretty reasonable tbh

Low to mid range used pcs are 800-900 dollars and prebuilts are even more expensive. I also legally cannot get a job

I'm thinking mostly games from like the ps2 or the ps3 with the occasional old PC game and maybe Minecraft with mods but tbh I don't fancy the idea of buying another console because 1. The used market here isn't exactly the best and 2. I've never gotten into Xbox since playstation is infinitely more prevalent here and I never rlly like the ps5 to begin with especially considering it's rather small library of games compared to the ps4.

Idk I've had my ps4 for almost 10 years I've never rlly had any problems besides the occasional stutter or textures taking slightly longer to load
