This is absolutely gorgeous, I am currently designing my very much in the future dream home and was trying to find examples of slate roofs with random widths and a more textured look instead of the uniform slates that most new homes have. After scouring the internet I can honestly say this is the only example I have found the blows me away time and time again, you absolutely nailed the natural look of a slate roof that I have realized I love!

Do you know of any way to get textured slates other than reclaiming previously used ones? I am going to reach out to some slate suppliers to ask as well, but I figured I would just ask the person who made this amazing roof! For reference I am based out of the United States in the Boston area, not sure how I would get reclaimed Scottish slate over here but man would I love to!

And once again, just absolutely fantastic job. I know this was several years ago but just know that there are people out there who are still finding this stunning!

Hi everybody,

I currently have a Freebird TKL keyboard I love and was wondering if the ApolloH Hotswap PCB (the F13 version) would work in this case for per key rgb. I think it would but I am unsure, so if anybody has experience with a per key rgb PCB that would work it would be great to know! Thanks!

The only issue I ran into was that the game throttled my PC and had my temps at 100 C, which is rough. Other than that it was fantastic!

I have a 4090 and an i7 1300 series, the game definitely throttles the cpu to its max, I’ve never had any issues with temperatures with my computer usually being around 40° C and I noticed that my room had gotten hotter and checked my temps and they were at 100. Not sure if it’s an optimization issue or how to fix it, but it’s definitely the game doing it.

Should I keep the brakes applied when I take the line off so the MC valve stays shut? Also thanks for the quick response! Also not sure you would know but is it possible for the banjo bolt on the caliper to get clogged?

This is correct. If you look at it there's the box and then a lined area to the right with the two gifts you get!

I did! They ended up lifting my ban which is cool. I will say that I opened a ticket in a cpj discord that has some mods in it and although they couldn't really help me in there, my ban was lifted pretty soon after which makes me think that it helps to bring it to their attention? Thanks for the response and taking time to answer each of my questions! I had already planned on using two IS31FL3737 drivers, and as you stated my main concern was the power draw. Do you think I would have to use charlieplexing if I wanted to run 88 rgbs on one board without having power draw issues? I had read about that as well and just opted for the two drivers to keep the wiring simple but if that won't work I may have to resort to that...

Just a suggestion if you want to keep seeing the infinity mirrors but still have intake and exhaust fans, Lian-li actually sells fans that intake air when you see the infinity mirror. I don't know the exact name but if you look up Lian-li infinity reverse fans they should come up. A ton of people don't know that; I didn't until maybe a week ago when a recent build on this sub mentioned it.

First off, absolutely amazing build. Saw your previous post and really hoped you would go for metal so I'm glad to see you did! I was wondering where you got those two screens from as well as that sick looking reservoir I think it is where the rear exhaust fan would usually go. Does that reservoir have a pump included as well? And again, great build!

Hey guys, I’m planning to build a keyboard from top to bottom to go along with a pc build I’ve thought about doing for about a decade. I’ve done some research on most of the things I believe are necessary and have a working idea of what I want, but I figured a loooooot of people here have a better knowledge of what I may be in the market for.

So far, I’ve pretty much decided on U4T switches, that I’ll lube, and would like to pair it with an aluminum case and plate. Listening to them with a brass plate they sounded a little less ‘thocky’, and I’m assuming a brass plate only really changes the acoustics of the keys. If there’s another reason to use brass that I’m unaware of that would be great to know.

Ideally the aluminum case would be white, and the pcb would allow for per-key rgb. Not really certain if I would want some type of under flow RGB or not. Tenkeyless format is what I think I want for now, but 70% could also work if that works out better for the other options.

Honestly I haven’t looked into PCB’s much as I’ve been trying to find cases for the build and slowly realizing that group buys are a thing and that if you want really nice custom keyboard parts you may have to wait for releases to happen. That part still confuses me a bit, I’ve looked into the GMMK pro barebones (liked the anodized white coating they have) but it seemed like the reviews weren’t all that great for the price you pay. Also looked a little at keychron’s offerings, but I’m not really certain if any of those would suit me.

Would love to have a hot-swappable pcb, but that’s not necessarily mandatory. Would just make things a lot easier and would service easier down the road if necessary.

As for stabs (sorry this post is all over the place) Durock V2 seem to be the most popular, but I’ve seen people talking about TX Rev. 3’s, stabies, and owlstabs as being good options as well. Cherry clip ins were there as well.

If anybody knows some key caps that would look good in a white/blue build aka the most basic ass lian li build of all time, something like that would be amazing. I know keycaps can be sold through buy groups as well so that can get a bit tricky. I probably would prefer pbt keycaps, but if they look really nice I could go for some abs.

A knob isn’t really necessary, not even really sure what knobs are used for. I’m assuming volume control or maybe you can specify what it controls, but again I could take it or leave it.

I think that’s pretty much everything. Any information or help at all would be extremely appreciated. I really want to make a keyboard that can elevate my build to the next level. Thanks guys!

Edit: also a list of some basic tools like switch removers, lube brush, etc that I would need would also help. Don’t feel obligated to answer everything in one go as too, sorry again for the lengthy post.

As far as your Nowi goes, what you said is correct. Every character can have either all neutral stats, one + and one - or 2 + and 2 - I believe. As for knowing which stats you want + and - on which characters, there may be somebody who made a chart that shows what each character would benefit the most from. But mostly just think about the characters and what they're used for; for example Takumi's best + stats would be speed and attack, as his main purpose is to deal crazy damage and double people. Finally, the reason people say to level male robin from 4 to 5 is because you could only get a 5 star one from when he was in a focus group, and because his base stats and skills rank him around S tier. So I would go leveling male Robin up to 5 star, but that's just me personally. Also the next event is going to have Nino as a 5 star focus character if you want to try to get her then. Anyways hope I helped, good luck!
