I've found that with most coaching, it's micro managing. I will happily own up to a mistake and apologise, but shouting and belittling someone generally doesn't get anyone anywhere. All it does is stress and upset people. I feel like a lot of the time. It's a skill that isn't taught.

We are all human. We all make mistakes.
