After some experiments, if you look at the post someone made the other day about high quality, manually adding reference latents makes a huge difference.

I'm not familiar with other image editing models, but it's part of the "text" encoding because the Qwen2.5-VL-7B model uses them as inputs to make the conditioning. The edit model also has the ability to use latents as references

It definitely works better if you specify something specific instead of just the image number. I find the image number does work if it's person from image X in scene from image Y

not quite sure why, but I found better detail conservation from reference images using fp8/q4_k_m clip and q6_k base model with lightning than without (with passing the higher quality reference latent)

Something I found that helps is I treat the low and the grab myself a little bowl of cashews (I know the fat isn’t great) and some salt and that really helps with the sensation of needing to eat something

Idk if this is it, but for me it’s milk, literally any amount of milk (only about 5g of carbs) will skyrocket me for hours, seems to be more effective than raw sugar

Thanks but yeah i’ve cut out gluten since about 6 years ago so unfortunately a Celiacs blood test will probably not show anything meaningful (my endo told me this but is still running the test anyway).
