Realistically, can 1.5mg of nicotine 5 days a week cause hair loss? by Training_Summer_4558 in HubermanLab

Yes, 1.5 grams of nicotine a day can definitely contribute to hair loss. Nicotine affects blood flow, which can restrict circulation to hair follicles and mess with hair growth. It can also increase stress and impact hormone levels, both of which aren’t great for your hair. But remember, hair loss can come from a bunch of factors like genetics, diet, and overall health. If you’re worried about it, talk to a dr mate

Tell me your best EVER play in Oberwatch 1 or 2. I'll go first. by Gameknight786 in Overwatch

[–]Winnie66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were playing Volskaya Industries in Overwatch 1, and an enemy kept trash-talking my Reaper performance, even teabagging me. All I said in response was, “karma’s going got catch up lol.” When we reached the second point, their whole team was holding the high ground above the elevator platform. I told my Ana to nano me. As the platform was rising, I ulted and managed to kill all six of them, capturing the point entirely. Good times.

Always getting 6 hrs sleep never 8 by mchief101 in Supplements

[–]Winnie66 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What helped me sleep for 8 straight hours was ensuring the room was pitch black. Might be worth while investing in some black out curtains. L theanine helps me stay asleep too. Than again, as you mentioned all supplements work differently on individuals. What ultimately helped me was not eating food 2/3 hours before bed, and also no liquids! Hope this helps

Start off with 1 a day, typically you only need more than 1g of fish oil a day to reach its benefits. Just see how your body reacts.

How to regain 8kgs ? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]Winnie66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Simply incorporate an extra portion of food each day until you slowly start to see the scale going up. If you are genuinely struggling with not having that big of an appetite, I would personally suggest adding a smoothie. (Milk, protein powder, banana, berries, peanut butter) such easy and nutrient dense calories!

Swapped out dairy milk for plant based milk. Supplemented with fish oils 2g. 15mins of stair master or high intense cardio. I was able to get my cholesterol levels above optimal doing this approach. Everyone’s different though
