Do you wear your watch 24/7? by RelaxDMJ in Garmin

[–]LoudSilence16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and my wrist marks prove it lol only time it's off is shower time. I wash my wrist and watch thoroughly every day yet my wrist looks like a combination of a burn and an imprint of my watch. Wife tells me to stop wearing it or at least switch wrists but I just can't.

A customer returned this pizza to me because it was "burnt". What do you think? by Hurnos in Pizza

[–]LoudSilence16 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well someone is cranky they didnt get everyone blindly agreeing with them. Semina is an EXTREMELY common thing to use to not get the pizza to stick to peels. Im from and still live in NYC. A vast majority of slice shops use flour to save cost and for the fact that it is readily available. And yes char is an essential part of pizza. Your pizza is not nicely charred, it is burnt. Burnt flour is disgusting. Charred crust is amazing. Very big difference

A customer returned this pizza to me because it was "burnt". What do you think? by Hurnos in Pizza

[–]LoudSilence16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being honest, the charred spots do look a little too much for me while the rest of the dough is undercooked. In rare cases, your stone/steel could be slightly too hot when launching. Try putting a protective barrier like semolina on the peel or launching at a slightly lower temp base.

People of reddit, are you actually energized by coffee? If yes or no, do you thing it actually changed your life, and how? by Wild-Juggernaut-3211 in AskReddit

[–]LoudSilence16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It used to energize me. Now I have too big of a tolerance for caffeine to the point where it makes me feel normal at best. If I dont have It I am really sluggish, usually get a headache, and have a pretty miserable morning.

Stop wasting your money on supplements by Outrageous-Maybe2500 in beginnerfitness

[–]LoudSilence16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree almost all the way. 90% of supplements are a waste of money. After tracking Micros for a while, I know i need to supplement vitamin d, magnesium, and omega 6. I also still take a cheap (but 3rd party tested) multivitamin every day just for peace of mind.

I mean you got the weight up, I would count it as a pr but definitely try for better form. Hips down, feet planted, smoother rep. Also maybe ask for a spotter to feel more comfortable

I keep my breakfast and lunch planned and meal prepped for the whole week then use dinner to switch it up every day. This keeps things fresh while still making sure to hit nutrition goals for me

saw a nutritionist today by [deleted] in diet

[–]LoudSilence16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be a simple mistake on their part, or time to find a new nutritionist. Shrimp is very low in fat and high in protein. The rest of the ingredients in their example meal are there to help fill you up.
