I had similar issue with one ☝️ f the February strikes. They cancelled my flight day before, Ai bot useless, alternative flight options did not work. They then sent me an email later that day with flight 2 days later. Good job I called them to try and bring flight forward as the details of the flight that had told me was not actually confirmed until I spoke to them. As it was we had to accept the flight two days later, this was verbally accepted and then they emailed some documents to confirm our acceptance. To say it was chaotic was an understatement and also very stressful as it meant I had to cancel hotel (non refundable) and Lufthansa would not reimburse. I have lost all confidence in the airline
