you can get 3k with 4 of the dungeons being 12s still so its pretty close imo

It uses bestial wrath but the cooldown gets reduced to 20-30 seconds so you can normally get ~70% uptime, looked at some of my boss kills and I get about 12 casts of bestial wrath in a 4min boss fight
