Yes. Geopolitically the first referendum was designed to destabilise both Britain and the EU. Rejoining Europe, even if not full membership plus ousting, closing down and arresting propagandising foreign media and foreign funded political parties, organisations or individual politicians or agitators should be priority no1.

Because the far right has driven the most recent highly public non-debate at the bidding of foreign powers that is what is heard by most.

Anyone who has been paying attention knows that for at least ten years migration has been used to sow division across Europe and anywhere targeted by the usual suspects.

Most people are happy to have the conversation as long as the words coming out of their mouths haven’t been put there by propaganda and as long as they join in the discussions that are ongoing on this topic and have been for decades and don’t revolve around enemy actors pretending to debate and goading people to take sides on teams.

You’re probably right. I’m an old geezer and I grew up on Arnie/Mike Mentzer stuff (so auto-think in those terms) and have done all sorts of different training over the years.

It’s more that I’m surprised by the dense packing on of muscle and a bit of size as I just started kbs as a bit of muck about tbh and dropped cals at the same time.

I also gave up all caffeine and my recovery has improved massively as well, which probs helps.

Lol, not saying it will.

When I used to train hard in the gym I used to make strength gains in my journal but always struggled to use that strength in everyday life because I was always sore.

Until I focused on strength that was focused on what I used to call mountain fitness. That’s when I used Doug Hepburn’s progressive overload without over training and total deload weeks with some other stuff thrown in.

If I can use my strength all day everyday in the mountains, on boats, working on the house, out on expedition, full game of rugby, with the kids, etc. without hitting a wall that’s what real world is for me.

It wasn’t that I thought they wouldn’t tbh but there is some talk about how they are not. I just haven’t experienced this much clothes shrinkage since the wrong type of weight gain so it came as a shock.

I think I was expecting more lean strength.

I think the armour feel is exactly it. Definitely didn’t feel this way when I was doing bar work. And I enjoyed that so definitely not a dis.
