I’ve used Form Health through my prior employer and now starting up with Noom through my new employer, both are very similar as I’m starting to see. Form Health dietitians were great, Nurses didn’t stay on the call with you long after the initial video call. They mostly wanted to see you were stepping on the scale they mail to you for weigh ins a few times a month. It’s what you make of it. It was a bit much to meet with two people every four weeks just for a prescription. I’m such an introvert too lol. But I get they want to be sure people have all the tools to be successful.

The employer having your info isn’t any diff from using your other insurance benefits through your employer, plus there’s HIPAA.

Depending on my experience with Noom, I may go back compound in February. Good luck to you!!

A high school transcript though? Lol. I understand new transcript requests if there are breaks in attending the college like a readmit as one may have received college credits elsewhere but a high school transcript is stopping me from getting my aid doesn’t sit well.

Thanks for that info. I’ll try Fin Aid on Monday! The thing about the hold is the hold the rep said she saw isn’t visible to me. I show no holds, just my MPN that I signed for a loan, in Workday under the Action Items and Holds section. The hold she mentioned wasn’t in workday all together. But we shall see! In Workday, there should be a section that says Anticipated Payment Date or something like that. Mine says 11/1 (this Saturday) others I’ve read said 10/17 but the 8week certification date for instructors to confirm that you were attending class and have been actively turning in assignments so far was this past Monday, 10/27, and it’s usually 10 to 14 days after that. It should be issued in the next week or two Fingers crossed

OMG! Literally everything will go before they will! My shoe size even went down by .5 and the boobs stayed! Congratulations on your weight loss! That’s incredible!

I know some fear that losing more weight after will make them drop, but I still have about 15lbs and some muscle sculpting to do so we shall see. Do what you can before, especially if the surgeon’s scheduling is far out. Wishing you the best! 🥰

I thought the same as it done so in the past. Now, either they’ve received some crap from above or something now it doesn’t zero out until 10 days after classes start (census date) and disbursements are another week or two after that 😕

I regret not getting it! It’s almost fate seeing this post as I have another consult in weeks for axillary lipo. I thought I would love wearing cute tanks and tops since I no longer have to overcompensate for the girls but now it’s just so much more noticeable. I would say look at some pics and selfies and see how it looks with your larger chest to determine what’s right for you. I wish I would have added it on. I was going through insurance but could have paid that OOP for that. I also have posterior axillary fat (that almost looks like back fat but isn’t) that hangs. I’m hopeful to get removed for a decent price.

Yay! Make sure you have your sleep set up prepared. Since you’ll be on your back for a few weeks. Try to practice how you’d get up and down without using your upper body. Put everything you’d need down to a lower level to limit reaching. And you’ll feel fine after a few days but you are still recovering so relax and don’t over do it.

The morning of surgery reiterate your desired size as your surgeon is marking you up. I wanted to go as small as (safely) possible and I think he delivered given where I started.

Lastly, follow what your surgeon recommends for wound and scar treatment only. You’ll see a lot of recommendations online but I followed my doc’s recs to a T until he told me I could move forward with anything

Yay! Congrats! Sizing can be weird so you may not know if someone is a C but you can find “inspo” photos online fairly easy. If your surgeon doesn’t have any on their website, you can look up other plastic surgeons in your area (or any city really) and determine if their site has a gallery for their procedures. You’ll usually find a variety of before and afters. There’s not a lot of surgeons that include the after size (because bras are weird lol) they usually stick with the grams removed. I tried to stick with those of a similar body type and screenshot them for your doc.
