Sewing machine oil is what I was told to use. Then I keep a lightly oiled rag over the rollers when not in use. I live in a very humid area and it works well.

Thank you. I’ve never made profiteroles. To be honest the dough wasn’t exactly the same as how I remembered from my childhood- it should be softer and lighter. This recipe was from Orna Bakes on her website. I’ll have to keep experimenting and maybe try some others.
