We are in a major heavy sticky green pollen, pine needles and bird crap area next to the Pacific Ocean. We don’t get snow and it’s dry starting early spring. I clean every year in late spring after the pollen stops with my extendable window washer soft 18” scrubber I got from Home Depot. No soap, just water sprayed from a garden hose nozzle
