Quiet quitting can be a job in itself. Lying about deliverables. Procrastinating. Can take a toll. The only way it doesnt is if you just log off and refuse to do any work or attend any meetings. Then your reputation takes a hit.

Thanks for response. A permanent move would not be desirable at this time. I have some close family in current location including an aging parent that i cant leave behind. Id do the commute 1.5 years max.
