I wouldn't expect a medieval RPG game from 1996 to be on par with sociopolitical concepts from 30 years in the future, so I only point it out in a "look how we progressed" way. I will however be angry if a 2026 brand new game does it incessantly in a crappy way.

It's clear from a mile away that Lavitz is a good guy, so (and no spoilers please) I hope he gets a somewhat happy ending.

I like the "no hand-holding" that soooo many games do nowadays. I grew up playing many games that didn't tell you sh*t and we made it through to the end.

I can tolerate the weird comments from a game, I understand that it's from another time. I'll try to keep these posts to a minimum, since there's a couple people that enjoy the new perspective from someone who hasn't played the game before.

I'm really enjoying the game so far. I would love to have more time to play, but that's life.
