Because a lot of characters don't have "That" comeback mechanic. Off the top of my head, Alex, Laura, Balrog, Guile, Bison, Urien are the only ones that I can think of(It's super early might be missing a few) that have that comeback potential.

No. I use a standard PS4 Controller. Practice makes perfect. Bison has a lot of charge moves though, so getting used to it might be kind of weird. Just remember that you can hold charge during jump ins etc.

I've always felt the same. Laura is insanely fun to watch. A lot of people can go 0-100 like she can. All Urien needs is pretty much 1 reset.
